    I don't think so but who knows. The sky is the limit. Kit.org if developed can be used to dropship toolkits or medical kits. Very nice keyword. Personally I would say between the xxxx-xx,xxx range.

    Mid $X,XXX in my opinion. But after developed ( which will surely take much less efforts that the value it will add to the domain ) it can reach in min $XX,XXX

    This one you can build many sub domains on and make a lot of money...

    example

    Solar.kit.org
    Car.kit.org
    model.kit.org

    but Kits.org would be better..

    Still worth $5k-$10k

    Develop it then sell

    I agree develop some sub domains - make it an authority site and in a year you COULD see a six figure pay day - tremendous pick up !!
