I learn by doing and from mistakes. I start off somewhere and keep doing what works, but drop what doesn't ... unless I know I have to fine tune the process. How about you? How did you come to your affiliate program of your success?
you have to be sure what "success" is, in your mind first and when you have this goal, find out what you are good at, and which network has the exact offer you are looking for then, just talk to your AM how to make more money together
For me building an online reputation wasn't easy but since i have started to promote products online i learnt a lot of things bad and good as well. Just keep up your goals as long as its needed then you can reap the benefits later....my advice

Internet Marketing is really a very "test-based" business. You need to try methods of making money with affiliate programs. If the method doesn't work, you must tweak it a little bit. If you've done all the tweaks you can possibly think of and you still aren't making money, it's about time to ditch that method and try something new. Any newcomers: this business takes a MASSIVE amount of persistence. You will "waste" (although you will be learning more about affiliate marketing as you test methods) lots of time and even a little bit of money. But with a little persistence and hard work, you start making that money, you cover any money you may have lost, and then you continue the rest of the way making profits!
