    forgot to post my race results:

    lehigh paul short 8k(bout 5 miles) warmup 3 miles, cooldown 2 miles, 25:29 for 8k good for 7th. Splits were 4:59, 5:11, 5:05, 5:15, 4:59. First 2 miles felt very easy/relaxed. Started working in the third mile, and slowed down a lot in the 4th mile. Mananged to run an OK last mile. Only light wheezing the last half mile, so I think the medication is working. That or it just wasn’t as bad today, but I’ll keep taking it and we’ll see. 1 second PR on this course, so that’s cool.
