er, I'm just a premium member from the UK. I ever renewed a couple of days ago - I must be mad! Whenever I follow a download link I get to the free download / sign up for premium page.

On that page there is no link to log in so I can download the file. None. Not one. So as one of the people who drives your business and ultimately pays your wages / profits, I'm pretty pissed.

It doesn't matter if I try Filesonic.net, .com or .mickeymouse the result is still the same. It doesn't matter if I clear my cookies..... biscuits or cakes...... So I guess I just register a dispute with PayPal and go somewhere else... unless, of course, you have a magic fix?

Sarcasm is not the magic fix btw. Giving me your user ID might help. Also a screenshot of the page you are referring too might help.

    Again, sarcasm DOES NOT help

I have sent 3 bug reports, multiple emails, and a PM on here.........and no response from filesonic support. What a nice way to treat affiliates. Where is the customer support? My issue again is when I go to the manage files section and click on any page the whole site locks up and I cannot even view my files. Also web uploads are not working. It has been over a week now. I'm getting really fed up with filesonic and all it's problems and lack of support.

Please get back to me and fix this issue already.

    Hello,

I saw your PM this morning and tested it and I was able to go into file manager without any problems.. I can even generate links..

Regarding the web uploads, it is related to the server issue we have been having.

Very soon the new servers will be here and uploads will be better than ever.

PS: I have tried web upload now and it works.

I logged out, cleared cookies etc., and tried again but the same problem. The manage files section still locks up the whole site. Should I not be using IE8? Which browser does FS work with? I'm totally confused right about now.

We did tests on IE8 before launching... But just to be safe, could you please test it with firefox or google chrome?

    Thank you

It won't let me sign in at all with firefox. I get a system error and it says, Unexpected error during login #1TypeError: d is null. The same problem right now with IE8. I tried numerous times and my login and password are correct. I just tried again and was able to finally get in. I guess you guys are having some problems with equipment, etc. The manage files section now seems to be working again. Hopefully it will last. Thanks for your help.

Any progress on the downloading from the UK issue???

Still getting the same old errors using browsers, however using jdownloader gives "plugin outofdate" error which I guess is because you guys are changing the code and I,m sure that the pees at JD will work this one out.

But please an update on the UK issue

Lunch? FileSonic put on a spread and I wasn't invited? Was there an open bar? Ever been in a discussion in which the guy the with the weakest argument thinks he can bolster his case by speaking louder and louder? On the net, that same guy makes his font bigger and bigger instead.

At least I only missed lunch. It seems you missed ice cream and the Good Humor Man. C'mon, this is a discussion board. If you're not willing to look at the posts ahead of and behind you, you're always going miss the mark. And BTW, there were FOUR responses in just the two prior pages (of primarily single line posts) explaining the situation, not the FOUR pages since a response you conjured up. Real tough to find, eh?
