    Login to Filesonic.net OK
    Login to Filesonic.com - NOT WORKING

    I'm looking into the last once. Probably related to DNS propagation. Will keep you posted.

    I totally disagree...

    Every issue we have been facing is taken care of right away. Now if you read my post properly, it was out of our control, the problem was not from us.

    If you do not appreciate the hard work we are putting, then it is your problem. We have thousands of affiliates that are appreciating it and helping us stay strong. We will reward everyone with a big promo which was supposed to be in August, but since we haven't fixed all issues, we have postponed it until they are resolved.

    We have a strong team that simply gets unlucky. Please report any problems to me and I can help you fix issues, instead of just saying words like " not in control" or "ridiculous" ... When you come and say these, how do you expect us to improve??

    Was changing ".com" into ".net" really out of your control??

    I can login only to filesonic.net right now - and I'm premium there, while all the "filesonic.com" links are shown to me as "free user". WTH?

    If you can't reply him with an in-topic post, then you can stay silent and let him find the answer himself but not to make fun of him and make him look like an idiot who lost his conscious ! The topic is full of controversial replies and it takes time to track the topic.

    I'm not frustrated when someone asks for help, but I'm frustrated when someone doesn't help while he can act kinder..

    @ FS Support: I can't log in too.

    Please see my post above. There is a problem (probably related to DNS) when you log in to filesonic.com. I have 2 of my tech guys looking at it now. Hopefully it won't take too long to fix.

    I can log in...everything is working fine...i can use the premium download...yeah only thing missing is Sales..i guess sales will show up eventually....thanks guys for ur efforts...a bit disappointed but happy now..as system is working..

    The problem is that you are not improving? Do you really need more than 150 pages of problems and error reports and huge amount of pm's members of this forum have sent you?
    And no, the problems are not solved right away, check the pages how much time to solve the ftp or the remote upload, it took you more than 5 days and i am not quite sure if it will work today.

    But if you noticed at every issue you are facing, it takes at least a day to fix it so it just suspends the affiliates time and make them wait for a day or more until you fix this. So, whom do you refer this to? And why this doesn't happen regularly in the other hosting file as it happens to filesonic? What do you expect when you suffer from many MANY problems more often than elsewhere, don't expect that we can have patience endlessly.

    You can browse the fileserve and the hotfile topics in the same section and you can find the difference between their services and your service. ;)

    If you are not seeing the improvement, then there is something definitely wrong... Statistics and downloads are fixed . Upload issues are almost all fixed.

    We are still working on improving remote upload and fixing the downloads from UK problem.

    Nothing was working with the site at the beginning.

    And I am glad to have over 150 pages of feedbacks.. This helped us ALOT in improving !

    there is a difference between asking for help and complaining.. read my reply (i was talking about complaints)... read some of my posts here, i try to help some but it is frustrating to read "complaints" over and over when just a few posts above theirs it has already been noted why... we are not talking here of a lot pages but just a few posts....

    No, all the .com links work fine now. This was just a temporary fix I mentioned that could get some links working while the annoying registrar's support opened.

    lol, this is not called "improving", this is called "fixing". Because when you're improving then you already have a good service and it works sufficiently to satisfy everyone but to improve something is to add more features to impress everyone, see the difference?

    Eventually, you are facing more and more serious problems and the users come here screaming their problems before you come here and make a statement about the whole situation. The site can't work properly for a complete week, 7 days. This is how we shall complain and ask you to fix your bugs and let your site do what it's supposed to do, not to really improve.

    Iam Unable to Login to either of the sites filesonic.com or filesonic.net

    It is giving an error Passwords doesn't match . If i try the Forgot password link - It asks for my email id , which i gave and it pops out a "password was sent to email" message . But i did not receive any mails from filesonic . Tried almost 3-4 times since morning , got fed up and hence this reply .

    Does anybody have the same problem . ??

    Also my Statistics and Payment stats have not been showing correctly for the past few days .. Sent mails to both the Support ID and also through the site's contact thingy ....It's been 2-3 days yet to receive a reply ..... :~

    It would be better if you send a acknowledgement mail stating complaint / Suggestion received and would be answered ...

    I have files to upload but my FTP is not able to establish connections.....If this goes on ...then i have to think of other file servers only :(

    also i added filesonic on msn messenger but i think its hish is never online.
