Give it some more backlinks, or add your website to Google Webmaster Tools might help.

get a quality link, Goggle not easily approve backlinks. No worry as long you are ranking with your keywords, just ignore google backlinks.

this seems to be a problem with Google after the Google Caffeine update. On a way to crawl new pages and giving priority to latest fresh content, they are leaving many behind urls to index. I have noticed similar situation to one of my client site, where a page get index on the same day it was published but to re index it takes month or two.

You can do social bookmarking then get easy index for all pages.

If some of the pages of your website have not been indexed then i think you need to start social bookmarking of those particular pages.
Besides that have you created sitemap for your website?

There are lot of things you may do to get your page indexed.
First of all make sure that all the links are included in the sitemap whether html or xml sitemap. Validate the xml sitemap in google webmaster tool. Than go ahead with the linkbuilding process like blogs, articles, SMO and directories.
Sometimes, Google takes time to show up the indexed pages even though the pages have been indexed a long time back. So wait!!

one of sites (a new one) is experiencing this.. i already submitted it to webmaster tool, created sitemap, bookmarked some of the pages and linked it to other sites.. Before, it usually takes less than a day before my former new sites get indexed.. Is there anyone who has experienced this? is the caffeine has something to do with this?

Some pages are not indexed by Google for reasons best known by them. So don't worry, its a part of the whole game.

    Hi,

In my own experiences, indexing page fluctuation on Google would be a normal common issue these days. Don't necessary to do something(though more back links might be helpful) on this phenomenon.

    all the best,

You need to create HTML and XML site map and submit XML in Google webmaster tool, add allow to all in robot.txt
