Over the years I've found it difficult to get articles granted @ezinearticles.com easily without any sort of hassle. The most common hassle being the spelling and grammar error. In spite of checking them with MS Word 2007, spelling and grammar tool keeps on saying that there are spelling and grammar errors. I am seeking tips from all the seasoned pro ezine submitters to help me out.
Hi navidndc1078117, You might have better luck with your eZine submissions by outsourcing the editing phase of your article(s) to a native English speaker and writer. If you need help locating one, just let me know and I'll send you a list of the top editors over at vWorker (formerly Rentacoder).
If you have an article that does not pass first "machine inspection" by EzineArticles, it could take months for approval. If you correct changes, the "machine inspection" will reject them again. This is done for the benefit of human editors who want to approve as many articles as quickly as they can. If you are a paid submitter then you tend to get borderline articles approved. You would be better off to submit it elsewhere. ArticleBase.com uses editing, but it your article is not approved you will know why within 24 hours. On weekdays approval time is usually less than 12 hours. Always pull any article that gets hung up. You can take your article elsewhere and get quick or immediate approval. Guaranteed approval are two words EzineArticles does not offer to anyone using free submission.
ya thats right...mine too is still not submitted yet and didn't get any response from ezine articles. waiting from last 4 days... should i move on and try to submit it to another directory?
I understand what you're saying here, but your approach doesn't address the fact that the article must not be of sufficient quality to get approved if it's being rejected repeatedly. The only way to solve the problem is to improve the overall quality and standard of the articles. Submitting mediocre articles of dubious quality to article directories just to get the backlink is counterproductive, whether you're promoting yourself or a website.
Isn't it still that case that if you pay ezinearticles a monthly fee, they'll let you publish anything?
Is paying ezine an option? If so is the case then, please can anyone let me know the monthly rates? One more query and that is, is there any editor tool which checks article in the exact same way ezine checks for the spelling and grammar issues?
Do you have to go through ezine? I use article base and post 2 articles a day and never had any rejected.
If you are not a pro writer I really recommend you to join articlebase.com Many options are there btw...but IMO ezine is the best.
I will give you my observation on EzineArticles, roughly 300 in my name, and 200 as a ghost writer. EzineArticles has different writing honors, each progressively higher. They are (1) basic, (2) basic plus, (3) and platinum. Before monthly paid submissions existed, 95% of my submissions, humanly edited were approved within 36 hours. EzineArticles held an excellent Page Rank of 7, by Google. Then the Page Rank slipped to 6, which might reflect a loss of overall quality. For ArticlesBase PR6 & others, submissions increased. EZA started paid submissions at $90+ monthly, a nice $1,000 per taker bonus to them. The paid submitters received blind approval? Platinum writers lost quick approval, & now virtually all writers are grouped as expert. Submitting a unique, highly researched article, often uses industry terminology, not in a dinosaur, pre-internet era spelling dictionary. Machine scanning might hold up the article. Meanwhile, simple 250 word recipes, almost cookie cutters of others, get issued. A holdup could mean battling machine programming, then a human editor might by luck, give approval. Meanwhile, paid submissions mysteriously keep flying past. Now if you are submitting on behalf of a client, the client is quickly getting nervous for unapproved articles. Just like you are. So, if someone was paying begging writers to do the work, they might submit 100 to 300 articles a month. You could ask yourself if the mass article submitter is taking $1.00 away from a writer, & paying a monthly fee to EZA. In turn, extremely fast issue occurs. They win, EzineArticles wins. The blog they produce emphasizes write & write. I believe in quality. Contentboss: Yes, that has been my opinion. Simplicity over quality. Test: 5 minutes watching approved articles roll down the screen & observing many, many errors. Try? Google's own unknown, knol.google.com with a PR7. An article rewrite I submitted (instant approval), now shows over 1,000 reads. Find a few that work for you.
Word does not spot all mistakes. In fact, many times, it misses the obvious. Did you go here?: http://ezinearticles.com/editorial-guidelines.html Have you checked out their blog, where you can comment on particular problems and or e-mail the bloggers?: http://blog.ezinearticles.com/ Did you do a keyword(s) search for additional sources?: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...fai=CMfWQoSKATIiNGpDezATc6NyJBgAAAKoEBU_QwKgi http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&pbx=1&fp=9471436a38449abf Just exactly how much of a hassle are we talking about here, anyway? How many articles do you submit, and how many are rejected? If it's just a few out of, say, 30, then there isn't an issue here. Post one of your articles here for more help.
If you pay, you still have to get approved for articles. It's probably better not to pay, keep at it and you'll eventually better your writing. And I don't see how using Microsoft Word leaves you with spelling mistakes.
I usually hire someone who already has many articles approved and who would know to adjust the articles I give him/her. Sure, it would cost an extra $5 for each submission, but then again, I would be avoiding the hassle.
The best tip I can give you is to learn proper spelling and grammar. You should better your writing ability, or outsource your article writing to someone else.
