Totally agree with that! I know there is a lot of fraud coming from Turkish boards (ex. XTaze case)

One advice for everybody: NEVER REGISTER ON ANY BOARD WITH THE SAME E-MAIL and/or PASSWORD AS YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT especially on Turkish boards

@HISH: About fraudulent sales, could be nice as affiliate to receive an e-mail with the references of the fraudulent sale (ex. referrer, link who generate the sale...)

This thread is ample testimony to the fact that FS has an unblemished reputation in regards to payments. Excepting those who are willing to do no more than most "pay me", I challenge you to find an affiliate who had a dispute which was not promptly addressed. Demanding FS to prove their "trust" to distract from fraudulent activities on behalf of users.....well, that dog just won't hunt!

I can point you to an XYZ Sucks! thread for any file host you desire. Which do you want the link to? You cannot please all the people all the time.

Sure, there are still tech issues, but there are as many folk posting of the improvements they have seen as there are folk pointing to existing bugs.

 

Alot of users reporting the normal download problems today and ones that can download are saying its very very slow download speeds... 10-20kb/s

How could he judge me as fraud?
i'm a NEW member willing to work hard with fs, who just want to move-in from other hosting.

banjowood is the shame to FS and Fs will loose true users because of this kind of person.

first of all understand the reason why we posting here..
we have problem regarding using this service.. (payment/fraudulent whole other kinda issue) and find the solution here.
you are not supposed me to read the whole thread to ensure the the unblemished reputation of fs.
as per few pages regarding issues and respect to their reply as a new user don't we have to concern that our time and hard work that we are going to spend should be worthily?

We really not demanding the FS to proof anything or distract from anything, but request the admin to do something to make the user to believe in, for their own benefit and prosper.

to reply to statement Hish admit that there is the problem since sharingmatrix as well as fs's new server launching and they are working hard to accomplish soon.

Hish's reply is soothing and nice, convince me and other new/other users of FS to join/continue with fs.

banjowood, you are not supposed to see all are fraud, this may lead to guess as you are the one doing fraudulent activity against FS.

 

First of all, you are WRONG about banjowood... He is an affiliate that always says something that makes sense! It is not always to our benefit what he says, but it is respected because it does make sense. And because of him, we gained some affiliates and he helped many affiliates stick with us.

The credit card companies contacted us to report Fraudulent sales. Not only 1! But more than that! If you need more than that, then sorry I can not help.

BUT i'm a genuine, innocent new user.
i've haven't had any sales/card issues so far.
i'm trying to resolve my problem with fs
i'm so angry with him because he is not supposed to assume that i distract users my fraudulent activity. i just want to state my problem and find solution here.

A small follow up regarding on of the 2 people complaining this week that they didnt get paid and they were fraudulent sales.... One of them had 2 sales of 1 year on the 21st August and ZERO downloads on that day ... The other had 2 sales of 1 year on the 25th August, with 1 download all day.... How can that be ? Don't people want to buy premiums to download faster and without waiting? Who would buy and then NOT download?

Hehe... I and the file who generate the sales is less then 400 MB (downloadable as free user) ?

They are working fine with me... Just uploaded a 1.77 GB file by ftp and everything is going fine...

Could you tell from witch country you are trying ? with ftp client are you using (filezilla...) ? Witch web browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome...) ?

and sorry i really don't know about the sales in fs. I knew only about the download count and regarding payment to user.

let me guess, if people buy premium account in-order to download ones file is the sales, is it?
please explain me about the affiliated sales if its not too much trouble.

 

Yeah problems with ftp Stats are ok for me

Some files taking toooo long to show up in file manager, some of them don't show up. I tried to upload now and some files are just get ~0.1% uploaded and refreshing and refreshing... something wrong..

 

Let's step back for a minute. I never accused you of fraudulent activity. I chose my words carefully and said that challenging FS to prove its trustworthiness in regards to it's policy on fraudulent activities was a baseless distraction. I admit, there was a post or two nearby my post accusing you of being a fraud, but I did not make that accusation. My statement was that FS has amply proved their trustworthiness, but I do admit I had little patience for your request that they prove it anew to you. They have done quite a bit to "do something to make the user to believe" and it has been demonstrated in these pages time and time again. If you wish to ignore that evidence, so be it.

If there was a misunderstanding causing us to get off on the wrong foot, I am more than willing to forget it all and start anew. Welcome to the FileSonic family. I hope it will become a very beneficial relationship for you. Friends?

They chose pay-per-sale plan and had fraudulent sales. And as I showed you in the previous post that this is probably affiliates doing that.

People can download for free, but at a limited speed and they have to wait between each download.
If someone buys premium account account from your link,instead of waiting, then you get 60% of that sale (if you are on the pay-per-sale ofcourse !). But when someone buys an account from this link, it is to download that link! And if that link wasnt downloaded in the same day that 2 sales were made from that link, what would you say ?
