    I am not interested to sell my domain at such lower price, sorry. I will keep my domain with me. I get nothing if I sell just for $1. I think you already know in that, PayPal charges $0.45. I get $.55.

    You're legally binded to sell them the domain for $1.

    You should've either:

    1. Put a reserve.
    2. Started the auction at a higher amount.

    If that bid was accepted, you bound to sell the domain in whatever the highest bid is..

    Like bk871 said, you should have put a reserve price.
