    Hi there,

It's always worth checking more than one keyword tool when researching, so I wanted to let you know about a couple of free tools that we at Wordtracker have - there's a free keyword tool at http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com, and a great keyword questions tool at http://labs.wordtracker.com/keyword-questions. Keyword Questions (as the name suggests) will tell you what questions people are searching on, which can give ideas for blog content or articles for your site.

I hope they're useful for you - good luck with your research

    All the best,

    Mal

As per my experience i must say go for Google Keyword tool and SK Tool and then refine them from Google Insight... the final list of keywords will be more valuable...As one of my teacher said in Keyword research Digging is the key so keep digging...

Well, actually it's a tricky question for me also. But,I will always prefer Google ad words as it shows your competitors list.

Agree, though I prefer personally Wordtracker. Try also Keyworddiscovery and Spyfu. However, I recently reviewed Micro Niche Finder and it's not bad either. Specially newbies will find it very useful.

Google Adword and Wordtracker. You could also do some digging after LSI. The LSI principles are very useful if you have a content-rich website. Don't forget that behind these tools it's always the semantics that matter!

One keyword tool i would highly suggest is Web Ceo which is a standalone Application and is free.
Apart from that you can go for an excellent paid one called as IBP, which however is more more analysis of an already built site rather than a keyword tool.
Spyfu too is a nice and free web based tool.
