I think not.paypal will not allow you to get verified if theres some discrepancies on your account. Better to make some real changes if you want to get verified asap.

I dont think he will check but you will get problem in future because after 2-3 months your paypal account will get limited at that time you should provide your bank statement then you will face problem.

No It depends if You use Your PayPal account properly Name doesn't matter but it mostly depends when You withdraw payment. If name doesn't matches with your bank you get the payment back in Your pay Pal with deduction fees. It doesn't suspend.

    Hey there
I was successful once with adding my friend's bank account in my paypal and depositing funds to it.
I dont know how it worked, but obviously names were different, and all i had to do is verify the bank account with the help of my friend.

As I said before, I don't think that Paypal suspends your account as long as the bank accepts the money sent by Paypal. But it is not correct. The bank might create problems in the future. Your friend should not withdraw the money from the bank. Because it is not his money. You should use your own bank account.

offcourse you will be limited or suspended on paypal if you do that, so make sure, your paypal account and credit card are the same proof of address and valid person.
