Hello guys, I want to know something about Xoom. I was using Xoom before 1 year but not used it since last 1 year so please help me if you are aware of it. I've got a money transfer from a person who is from Denmark into my Indian Bank account. Xoom says money will get transferred to your bank account within 24 hours. He has transferred the money on Friday and it's been 3 days but I still didn't get my money. I know it can be due to Saturday-Sunday holidays. So anybody who is using Xoom and let me know how much time it will take them to deposit the money into my Indian bank account? Transaction status at Xoom is "Deposit in progress" since last 66 hours. In a next 2-3 days you'll get funds in your Indian Bank account IMO. BTW why don't you call them and ask for current actual position of your tracking number ? DON.
Thank you Don. Actually I have called them but that person told me "your deposit is in progress and you will get the funds shortly". I've asked him the matter of 24 hours. He said "Yes, it generally takes 24 hours but in some cases it can take more time". LOL..... I didn't find that agent co-operative.
If you are an Indian then go to nearest PNB bank and give your code and proof and you will get your money
It's better to ask them. Send them an email and they will reply in 2 hours. Update: I just got my money transferred tonight with a great rate of 46.62
