hdfc bank , axis bank , kotak bank offering it in india

I don't think you can get 1 for free, they cost about $7-10.

 

Your local bank should be able to sell these. Even shops sell them these days.

 

Any webste is not offering VCC but some banks offer VCC depending on the countries.Which country are you from?

I ask him how will he give me the number after I link the card to PP.... then he says that he doesn't understand...I explained again. Then he says he won't give me the details unless I buy it .... Then I asked if he has ever verified any PP or ebay. He says he has. And he doesn't know this.........
