I see Hish already suggested you might be on the "pay per download" formula, but let me take the maybe out of the equation. You are definitely opting to be paid per download. Your screenshot shows the proof. Look at the stats for 8/31. 217 counted downloads @ $2.52. Now look at your total column. $2.52 for 8/31. It is not a coincidence that the numbers match. Change your settings to "pay per sale" if you are unhappy.

If you can get the owner of the credit cards used for the sales to verify their identity, then we can pay you. Otherwise, your account has been marked as Fraud, with 2 Fraudulent sales in the same day!
