Hey i think the best thing you could do is to find a high traffic website like a blog that have your niches and see if you could set up something with them by putting your banner or your text ads in their website so their audience could see your business and what you offer and they can become your customer. i hope that help
Traffic quality also depends on the keywords you used. You can try google,yahoo,chitica,local and other PPC network.Just test and find out the right one.
