The statistics are locked!

 

Not to sound cruel or callous, but since the IWF list seems to be the problem, you're SOL. FS's options are limited. Tell your gov't to take a hike and remove the wall.

 

The entire site seems to have crashed. RU is non-functional and locked in "pending", Stats are frozen, FTP uploads last but a few seconds before reporting critical transfer error, multiple servers (including s76) completely offline.

Let's hope the workday starts soon where their IT guys are located.

Anyone complaining that there is a discrepancy between the Total made & the Total Paid/Unpaid, then you should check the August 6th Payout.

The August 6th Payout was made manually and was not entered in the "Payments" page.

What FTP problem are you having? Did you report it in the bug report form?

Please give me details and user ID and File names.

Regarding the difference in calculations, we are NOT kidding you. You have received a manual payment around August 6th. Please check that and then tell me if we are kidding you or not.

Files uploaded via browser don't show up in my account. It doesn't matter the size. The uploads finish 100%, but no links appear and nothing seems to appear in the file manager.

 

they are doing everything, we want filesonic to be bugfree but in all the people they are the one who's is very much eager to fix the problem because they are the one who invested money.

im also loosing money based on my daily sales. my weekly earning dropped by 90% but what can i do im not the one in front of the servers. all i invested is time and files, for them they invested time and money.
