Every few min I get new emails about my files getting deleted even stuff I just uploaded today.. how is it possible all my files are getting reported??

 

I have added to yesterday's statistics, two sales and $ 0, what is it? I sent a pm with my id

 

i think they are working with the payment page and updating stat. some changes in my values. will see later how it ends.

 

Are you subscribed to "pay per download"?

 

Paradoxically, although the speed for free users has increased eight times the download is declined. Why? Do you sometimes not robbed?

my missing stats over the weekend are back. thank you. It seems our stats are being counted regardless of the "details" in the stats page as you guys promised.

my update:
FTP: works for small files, but still has problems with large ones.
RU : ~40% of the links went through, leaving the rest with errors like file-size mismatch
filemanager: No problem at all. (this is trivial, but Can you increase the width of the left panel in the manage files page? Coz the file tree won't fit as it gets more levels)
Bad Gateway: I only had problems with s100, and it's fine now.

 

Remote is shit, FTP issues and i cant even upload via leech.
Your not even close from being "the worlds best file sharing site"

 

Same here,i dont mind not being able to download and using a proxy to download files for now,but i dont think others would be so tolerant especially being premium members.And my stats are a lot lower because of this and also no other filehoster have this problem as far as i am aware,so its just filesonic even though as i have stated before last wednesday things where fine,its what has happened between then and now what has affected UK users (as well as some other countrys).

if possible allow free users to download upto 2gb like HF
specially now when uploaders have option of making any file as only for premium users download

I vote no.

If FS has been added to the IWF list this will not be an easy fix (and probably not a permanent one either) until FS is de-listed. This is not truly a "bug".

Still not ideal (I probably have no better than an 80% success rate and speeds are low), but FS is miles ahead of where they were last week. I think we're closing in on the end of this process.

 

Hi may I know how can you make a file for premium users to download only?

 

In the manage files section click the edit button (pen icon) for the corresponding file and click the box that says "for premium users only".

 

I see it now is there anyway to mass edit many files to make it for premium users only?
