A friend of I is living in london and working for an ISP... I called him and he confirms me that 95% of ISP are using the IWF blacklist... Especially for non business customers subscriptions...

 

not from UK and cannot download since the time you migrated from sharingmatrix.
already sent you so many PMs but you never reply. it was you and your support-IT asked to be PMed.

please fix the problem.

 

Both Hotfile and Fileserve seem to be added then removed then added again .... at the moment.
I think the https thing used to work because the transparent proxies only used to handle http requests.
It may now be the case that it intercepts the https traffic as well.
You may have a dynamic IP but it's more then likely that all your http traffic is being filtered through a transparent proxy at your ISP's hub.
According to the latest figures 95% of UK ISPs have it installed.
It was going to be a legal requirement for the ISPs but this was abandoned (as was the 50p internet levy on all phonelines) when the digital bill (was rushed through) went through parliament in the dying days of the last parliament before the election.

Some of the details I may have misquoted but that's the gist of it.
And we keep hearing about the GreatFirewallOfChina!

 

Witch browser are you using ? did you clear your cookies ?

dear friends , i have about 5000+ files on sharingmatrix (filesonic)
and i upload 10s of new very hot files each day
i was making minimum 4-5 sales when filesonic was sharingmatrix
but now i have zero sales , i upload each day plus i have 5000+ files
and still have zero sales , it says stats are alive , but last 5 days
i have zero sales , and last 5 days i uploaded very hot files and marked
them as -premium only- i posted them on 10s of forums , i received
10s of thanx , but i check my stats , that says -zero sales-
thats not possible , is there an error ?

Even when hotfile and fileserve have been added and taken off the iwf list,never had one single problem downloading within browser,direct links with either hotfile or fileserve even without the https,only jdownloader had a problem with hotfile verifying accounts,this does not seem a problem with filesonic as my account is verified yet cant download anything,also if filesonic is on the iwf list i dont think you would even allowed to get on the site yet the error everyone gets when downloading files not just from the uk.

Ok just to confuse the issue...(or maybe help the techhy people)

I had a file hosted on Filesonic ( http://www.sharingmatrix.com/file/15814795/Davie_Dekka_-_Rebel_Bleeding_Rebel.mp3 )downloaded by somebody in the UK today.
Just to confirm I can't download this file myself.
They were on one of the IPs listed on the IWF site (BT) but they were able to download?

Perhaps a clue they were using Opera so may well have been downloading to a phone (and connecting via 3G?).

Curious and curioser.

 

I have not received payment in the week. while FS has notified the payment. I do not understand

 

i use paypal , i dont use webmoney , and on august 7th
i saw that payment page was saying -sent via webmoney- about my payment
i didnt receive august 7th payment and i sent 6-7 support tickets and
i didnt get an answer , i never select webmoney as payment method
but that thing happened , and i lost my money

also when sharingmatrix's last days , i bought
1 month premium 3 times with my points , but that shows 2 times now

It probably was with opera mini or opera mobile whichever phone they have,opera still as same problems as other browsers when downloading files.

I make some test about your RU issues... Is it possible filesonic use several servers with different IP's for RU ?

In that case the problem with the RU could be due to that remote hosts do not allow multiple downloads from different IP on the same premium account... They consider in that case the user is sharing his premium account and they ban him...

I did the test with MU and if i put all links at the same time it dosn't work... If i put link by link everything is going fine...

 

I only know upload and share files. I do not know why there is a fraud. if you want to see my files can you see

I had a problem with the payment too !

I had $26 but I only received $15. But they said that they paid $26 while the payment show $15 ! And I contacted with them by their contact form but after some days, they decrease the total paid to $15. And I have just contacted with them by ICQ, they said all total paid is wrong. But in fact, I sure I had $26 because I shot detail statistic before contact!

THIS IS A COMPLETELY SCAM.

I send a TSuport to FS with this info and they only erase the 79.90$ and put there 64.55$. IThey stolen me 15.35$. It's so easy to confirm this.

My first download was on 30/01/2010 and until last friday 28/08/2010 i made 76.53$ ... so what's happen!!!?? THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

THIS ONLY COULD BE SCAM. FS for me it's over.

 

if they want to stole money they should pick those earning 1000+/week not just 15.35. Their staff is online now send him PM
