I seem to be getting better and better results this past week and I hope it's because of me filtering out sites and not some fluke. Remains to be seen.

A few people pm me to check whether a site is MFA site or not. Basically, you can always identify a MFA site using this tip:;)
    - Also, the page has PR0. Most serious websites has some PR and they try to build good backlinks while MFA sites don't care about good backlinks because they can always buy large traffic at a low cost from Adwords. I would like to clarify that not all PR0 sites with AdSense on them are MFA sites. Only those sites satisfying 1 of 4 criterias above and with PR0 are MFA sites. :)

It's obvious that it's a MFA sites, no content (or little useless-content on certain pages) only three blocks of AdSense ads with a "great" Search box which can search for every English words under the sun. Of course, the search results are highly targeted with AdSense ads!

However, since it does show on my AdSense ads, I don't filter them. Moreover, my filter list already has 200 MFA sites' urls relevant to my sites.

AdSense team - When are you going to increase the url limit to 2000 or 20000 since you love us as much as the growing MFA sites?

Besides that, MFA sites love .info domains.

I seem to be having problems filtering these two out:

    10-bestsites [dot] com
    8-topsites [dot] com

I added them to the filter about two days ago and they still appear on at least one of my sites.

Now that I've had more time to build up some stats, I have to say I'm not really noticing any significant/measurable changes to CTR or eCPM as a result of filtering MFA sites. This may be because my site never got a lot of MFA ads to begin with I don't know.

Still I'm quite happy to filter out MFA ads from my sites as I like to do what I can improve the experience of my users.

Good thing I grabbed the list before they went down.

Although you have to wonder, did Google pressure them to remove the list?

    Hi all,

Thank you very much for spreading the word about my project AdsBlackList.com

Right now, we (programmer and I) decided to close the site for next one, two or three days so we can get few more beta testers and mfa list developers, and to get some buzz before release.

I don't want to reveal much of the new features, but all I can say is that we're moving to web 2.0 technology completly.

Categories are replaced by tags/keywords, so relevancy of lists will be much better, compared to previous version where the same list was displayed for all categories. (yes, it is bug, but list still works for most of you as I could see)

With this new site, we'll have member accounts and premium member accounts who will have some, still not known and not seen options for AdSense publishers.

Only first group of beta testers will have these premium accounts for lifetime, while others will have to pay some decent monthly fee. So, you now have a free chance to join, try, experience and save lots of money, potentially, because this tool is going to be worth it! (we're talking about over 30 days of hard brainstorming and programming)

And old version of site is still available at this adress:
    http://70.87.49.210/~adsblack/

Have fun and GL with your earnings!

    Emir

Beta applications can be done via simple email (as seen on ABL).

Just introduce yourself, your websites and your monthly adsense income before and after using current AdsBlackList, etc.

Thanks and looking forward to your mails,
    Emir
