I don't clearly understand your question as well. In any case, each websites worth differently, it depends on how much quality there is into it and its popularity

I think you can do you by this way:

1. You need to know how to get data from WHOIS server.
2. You need to get information about hosting provider.
3. You can take information from sites like Keywordspy.com; SEMRush.com and other about site traffic
4. Include data from Alexa, Compete, Quarkbase and other.
5. Get number of inbound links for site by Google, Yahoo, Altavista, Yandex, Bing.
6. How many indexed pages are in following search engines.

and etc.

I suggest you to take view on sites like this Robtex.com; Siteguruji, Surcentro, Websiteoutlook, Websitetrafficspy, Markosweb, Serversiders. It will be better if you create something like Alexa, Markosweb or Robtex. But to be loved by search engines dont forget about "unique content" cause you will like a Surcentro.com after update in Mayday by Google it moved fast to down...
