Not to expose whole thing but he asks for %30 of the payment when you got ranking in 5th page. I mean if you are not competing for "auto insurance" or "weight loss" etc. niche would it be such hard to get on 5th page?

Let's say, he quoted 1000$ for my project then got page 5 ranking, 300$ paid, and next? What if he is gone? We see people scams for 10$ here everyday. Do not get me wrong, it's nothing to your service or personality, just thinking loudly.
