Selling DX10.net PR3 with traffic and backlinks

this is an auto blog with premium wordpress theme with high ctr
auto rewrited content and auto submission to social engines and auto pinging
it has visitors and has a good quality backlinks and it's page rank is 3
about 1 year old, most targeted traffic from USA, Canada and Australia coming from search engines (63%) and the other parts from social engines.
it has a premium .net domain of 2 letters 2 numbers.
also it has some newsletter subscribers (more than 200) targeted to this market.
dx10 has a big search volume and with a little work you can reach great success.
i have no time to monetize this site so i would sell it and even if it not sold i have no problem to keep it (more time, more value).

i m using 1and1 for hosting and they are not using awstats
they using another one called "WebStatistics"
