Selling price for the wordpress website

Hi friends,
I have website which i have made using wordpress CMS. And a cool template. I have added Adsense, clickbank in it. It has about 40 articles. And hoping to get the PR2 in a few days.
The website is getting about 500 unique visitors daily. And the visitors are increasing day by day.
So guys, if i want to sell the website. What selling price should I consider?
Please suggest me the price at which i should sell it, if you were at my place.

 

How about returning visitor?

Backlink?

You need those information to determine the price.

And yeah the returning visitors percent is 60-80%.

 

It really depends on the monthly income rather than the visitors.
Visitor numbers can be false (I´m not saying they are - just can be)
Have a look on website selling sites and work out your own price.
Think you are being optimistic about the PR.

 

How old is the site?

100-200 $ I believe if you said is also a bit optimized

 

You can get a few hundred for the blog easily.

 

Primarily the value is in the revenue it generates. 10-12 times monthly
revenue if it has a history. The longer the history of revenue the more value.

5.Visual appeal and user friendliness
