Specific affiliate program needed

    I am looking for a program that offers a free trial at first, then turns into a paid membership if not cancelled within 24/48 hours........

    Something that does not require them to answer an email before signing up with their credit card - thanks

    There are many CPA network provide such kind of offers ... Mostly they charge after 7 days 15 days or 30 days ;)
