Sorry, Hish. Not to pile on, but the bug reporting system has a bug???

Too funny! I just couldn't let that pass without commenting.

Anyway, to my main point. Just had an odd experience. Was testing some links for another member and one happened to be on s76. I connected and would have been able to dl the file if I desired. My links on s76, however, still return the Gateway Timeout Error. Is s76 functional again? If it is and my files are not back, am I to assume they are lost? I've already ul'd the bulk to other hosts but will hold off moving add'l files while you check into this. Thanks.

 

The file manager is not working. When I try to go to anything other than page 1 it locks up and won't move. Please fix. Also downloaders are getting bad gateway errors when trying to download. Please fix. Thanks.

 

Have tried downloading files through a proxy and everything downloads fine,but this does not solve the problem because i cant keep using proxies to download files and others who have this problem need to also,it does not say Filesonic.com the world's best filesharing site but only through a proxy. Please filesonic support reply to my pm,3 days and no reply.This needs fixing and fast am getting complaints and complaints and also people wanting me to switch to someone better.

 

I upgraded to Premium last night via Paypal, my account has not been upgraded yet and emails from last night have not been answered. Are you scamming my money?

 

Web uploads are not working. Please fix.

 

Will file manager ever be fixed like other hosts so it shows number of downloads for each file, different ways to sort, dates, etc.? Please advise.

 

Why I get PROBLEM errors when I try to remote upload 1GB links?

Common problem with all size links, not just 1gb links. Most members I have spoken to report they have to queue the average file 3-4 times in RU before it is transferred. One buddy told me a trick he's been using. Starts out inputting 10 links. 3 at best succeed and 7 fail. He'll then re-input the 7 failures. 2 succeed and 5 fail. He then re-inputs the 5 failures.....etc.....etc. Personally, not worth my time.

 

Web uploads never complete. They just freeze. The progress bar (which IMO is too simplistic and doesn't show the upload speed or the remaining time) freezes without any sign of the upload going on...
Why aren't you fixing that? Web upload is the primary function of a file hosting site, after all. We can wait for FTP fixing, but - for Christ's sake - at least fix the web upload !!

 

FTP upload works blazing fast, if you want to upload something use this method

Yes, we are currently having some downloading issues. It is related to problems with servers. We have restored a dead server , which is server 76. It is rebuilding all the files again so that nothing will be lost.

We found out another one which is server 38 which had the same issue and we have done the same as the other one.

Please send me ANY links that don't work by PM and I will verify which server it is.

It seems so, I myself have been getting the very same error on all attempts to download for two days now.
So you're not alone and there are messages about it all over the web.
I guess the only thing to do is wait until it gets resolved.

 

File manager is still not working. Also web uploads are not working at all. Downloaders are getting error messages when trying to download. Where are you getting your servers from.......maybe from the 1970's or something. What is it gonna take to get this stupid file host working at least at 75%? This is bordering on ridiculous now. C'mon guys get it together.
