FS ,please fix remote upload.It worked yesterday.Other is jut minor bugs...

 

Still unable to download ANY FILES this is now day two...
Have sent message via contact us form as asked for earlier in this thread...no response

All files showing "page not found". I,m located in UK if that helps.
This is for all browsers, all files, across all servers even files that I have downloaded in previous days are showing the same.
Jdownloader shows the files as being online but once it attempts to download any gives error "unexpected rangeheader format:null"
First noticed about eight hours ago. Really hope it is not going to be the same as the last occurance when all servers were unavailable for about 5 days.

Please note there is no need for me to PM any links ...It is EVERY link.

I am really curious as to who is actually buying filesonic premium at the moment.
Unfortunately for me about a third of the way into a six month premium account.

If you take the same link and paste it in your browser and log in to your account, you will see that you can download it without problems.

The problem is with the download managers... We are working on other things right now... But I will make sure that Jdownloader is a priority too.

In the meantime, please download using your browser.

An update from Filesonic : A new FTP & Remote Upload system was installed a few minutes ago. Please report any problems using the bug report and it will be taken care of right away!

We are all working twice as much during this period of time and we can improve using your feedbacks! So, as soon as you report a bug using the Bug Report Form, It will be looked at right away!

P.S: Sorry I posted this twice, but I am still receiving complaints here more than the bug report!! This doesnt help.. Without the bug report, we cant really get details... So, I edited the URL that bug reports must be sent to. PLEASE USE THE BUG REPORT FORM ... The problems will be taken care of right away!

 

No it doesn't just tried above with several files on all browsers get Page not found

same here.nothing has changed with the same errors that were

What Hish failed to mention is that Server 76 is indefinitely offline (has been for 24hrs +). Paste the non-working link in your browser....check to see if it routes to s76. If so, and you wish to make the file available, I advise you to re-upload to either FS or a competing host (DepositFiles - FileServe - Extabit).

Still the same problem of not being able to download any files through the browser or download maanagers have sent pms emails bug report still no reply,and its now 3 days since i last downloaded or uploaded anything,stats are low because no one can download the files,This is getting a bit annoying now especially the no response whats the point of being a premium member when i cant download or upload anything.

Filesonic support can you help me also,have sent pm,about not being able to download any files,Am happy to supply as many links as you like,if it helps and im based in UK,but all links dont work,ones in my filemanager or ones that are all around the internet.

 

Filesonic can you answer referral system works or not? Or this was just a bug
