I ordered and paid this over a week ago, buit still haven't heard anything. I sent him a email with the title "Article package, digital point" the same day as I purchased it, but still no reply.
Well, I've placed my order bit more than a week ago too, but I did get an answer. They've had some troubles with their online management system as written in his post, but the thing is that even considering few days of delay the should be done already.
