Difference b/w Blog PageRanks and Website Pagerank?

Tell me about Blog PageRank & Website Pagerank which one increase firstly blog or website.....thanks in advance..

 

I think blogs get firstly PR.

It depends on the site or blog. Technically they are both sites and Google don't give favors to any particular site, if they meet the Google PR algo, they will gain PR.

 

Every page is treated as a separate entity by Google. Your homepage has the best PR because there are a lot of factors involved. It is the landing page for most of your visits. Your homepage is the page that is linked to most of the sites. So, PR is just the quality of the page according to Google.

PageRank is rank of page, not a website.

 

that depends on the contents and techniques that will be used for both promotion. Google indexed firstly SEO friendly contents not the images and video.
