And what if adsense shuts you down before paying you? He says that he'll refund your money, but there's no legal agreement between you and him, so he doesn't have to refund anything. This whole thing sounds like a scam, to me. At least wait until the person receives the money from adsense first.

Is there an alternative to adsense like bidvertiser for example? How would you track the income? How would you know the client is getting $250 per week? If i can use Bidvertiser i will hire your service. Probably you have some big sites and you will place our ads in there.

if you have that much faith in your abilities.
then just make $50,000 or more every month.
yes, first check from google takes time but after that you will get check every month.
and guess what you don't have to share your money with someone else
you will get 100%

 

you had promised to pay the users and contract and so on, in case u run away with the cash, paypal dispute is not going to work as they would say its a digital good and nothing could be done, if u can give a solid proof then its a good chance for the users/investors to run on

 

If your contract was legally binding why would you need to make such statements as:

If the OP takes your money and you get banned from adsense you will be out your money and there is NOTHING you will be able to do about it.
PLEASE know that you will be going on his word alone.
