All files showing "page not found". I,m located in UK if that helps.
This is for all browsers, all files, across all servers even files that I have downloaded in previous days are showing the same.
Jdownloader shows the files as being online but once it attempts to download any gives error "unexpected rangeheader format:null"
First noticed about eight hours ago. Really hope it is not going to be the same as the last occurance when all servers were unavailable for about 5 days.

Please note there is no need for me to PM any links ...It is EVERY link.

I am really curious as to who is actually buying filesonic premium at the moment.
Unfortunately for me about a third of the way into a six month premium account.

 

Same here and downloaders are saying same thing: "Page not found" on every file. Just great.

 

upload ftp successful but never see link in file manager, what wrong ???? error everyday, discouraged

 

Just a thought: Don't ever buy more than a month of premium with any file host. Any of them can be here today and gone tomorrow or just plain do not work right or go downhill. Once they get your money there is nothing you can do about it.

 

As much as I would like to defend FS, I cannot. Earnings had started to trend back towards pre-changeover level towards the end of last week, but have crashed this week as I have not been able to upload and downloads have been unavailable for long periods. Three weeks is a long time to be patient regardless of any promotion Hish has promised for being "loyal".

Well, let's see what happens today. Hopefully these servers will be back online shortly.

If the last 3 weeks are anything to go by,its going to be really difficult getting people to sign up to filesonic,believe you me i have tried but i get the same answers back,bad support,bad ftp,remote upload bad,downloads on and off,i have been as patient as anyone defending filesonic but look around the net,more negatives,less positives and there are filehosters that are better regardless of how much money and sites you get to promote you in order to be better,its one thing trying to be better ,but you have got to have something better than the rest,i hope the problems do get sorted out because things were starting to get quite good,except support which is still bad only had 2 replys from support and thats by PMing filesonic IT on this forums,never had a single response from email yet.Something maybe they can work on for the future.

 

I renewed for 1 month only via Paypal and it did not allow downloads. Thinking the original transaction had not worked I tried paying again but it still did not work! So now I have paid TWICE for an account renewal but not getting anything for it. Yes I know I must be stupid to do that but I really wanted to download a particular file.

So Mods - not only do I want downloads working again but how do I get credit for double paying!

It was suggested that when you modify the data for any account, especially evidence of payment is sending a message through email to activate the account holder
Is it possible to work more than two accounts on one pc (no ref)

An update from Filesonic : A new FTP & Remote Upload system was installed a few minutes ago. Please report any problems using the bug report and it will be taken care of right away!

We are all working twice as much during this period of time and we can improve using your feedbacks! So, as soon as you report a bug using the Bug Report Form, It will be looked at right away!

The majority of affiliates have been paid and I have not seen any instances of disputes which have been properly brought to FS's attention (emailing rather than posting the claim, including your user ID, etc.) that were not corrected in a timely manner. Reliable payment is FS's strength at the moment considering all else afoot.

 

How does that impact s76? It it coming back online?

 

Do yall recommend me turn on Pay per sales program?

I had 4 sales this week.
