I was going to submit my nonprofit .org (signature link #2). But the submission page contradicts what you wrote above about free submissions for .org and other nonprofits. Here's what the submission page is saying: "Free submission for non commercial websites have been temporarily disabled (clearing back log)." Not sure how to proceed.
Not all .Orgs can be non commercial, anybody can register an org and use it for various reasons .. including warez and such. And yes , you have your free submission blocked, please open it.
