    Reason for sale, consolidation and rationalisation, too much to do and this will enforce more focus on my UK businesses.

    About the links, only 2 are paid in advance, the rest are current advertisers and paying monthly, yes it has been covered above :).

    EDIT: Perhaps I need to spell this out, because this a selling point not a problem! The existing text link advertisers are mainly paying customers which will transfer to you as the new owner! You can remove any which are to my sites, unless I decide to buy links from you! You are not stuck with a load of links that I have had the money for. I hope this is clear.
