How about traffics and revenue ?
- i've registered with google analytic and added the code however it is very small already cause i didn't run the website or made any adveriting to it in forums ..ect
so the buyer will run it by his own

Is it possible to set a fee ?
- Yes you can set either free or paid memberships with fees and duration

example : you can add at the admin cp at members sections at membershipgs options the following

membership fees : 10$
membership duration : 2 months

then click on Add Memberships



none-expiry means free uncheck it and add easily membership name/fees/duration

and then only members who paid will have ability to download

Payment also support paypal at admin cp at payment section
system is also fully automatic and record also transections of paid memberships


however you can set it automatic or only after review

Are templates unique or not ?
- Yes all templates are fully unique was PSD and converted to css/html valid

Do you have any kind converter also included ?

- I've licensed photoshop addons called (site grinder) which i'm using it to convert PSD 2 Valid css/xhtml

Have any plan to sell this to multiple people ?

- No, otherwise i would sell it as script .. so the buyer will get

Yes sure, Mcafee siteadvisor for firefox pulls this precaution for your site, you might have a nasty script or one that mcafee considers harmful

but for unknown reasons it gives me that , it may the domain was dropped cause it is reputation analysis.

i've tested for example 3mr.in ( sold it few mins ago ) says
"We've started testing this website, but don't have the results yet."

this is means it keep the historical of the website domain not Immediately scan but i will make Investigation about that .
