    I made the template, registered the domain and realized I had no time to work on it anymore.

    I'm willing to sell the domain + template to anyone who wants it.

    Template comes with all the PSDs too.

    MINIMUM PRICE = 35$

    EDIT:

    Site is behind a CMS called 'CMS Made Simple'. You can use that (ill install it on your server if you want) or just use your own CMS.

    ~ 30-50 a day just from google with hardly any content... 0-1$ a day.
