My thread was deleted without a reason, i just saw it was gone... http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1918204 I placed it again and it was deleted again. Why i' m wondering....
I do not sell someone elses product, i just sell a eBook with three methods and one method is a method being used somewhere else. It' s not exactly the same,it' a a unique eBook you' ll find nowhere else. It' s not a copy and i can prove that. so i do not break any rules, and no1 gave my and infraction neither... It looks like unfair competition to me.
lol. Be careful in what you say. DP is not being biased. IF you can prove that the eBook is indeed yours then prove it first then post second.
Ok, what proof do you need? well, starting to make sense, apparantly a moderator who sells this method as well and doesn' t want anyone selling it to, very lame and pathatic. You know what.. im going to spread this method for free, so all send me a message when you want it. Unfair competition, and giving me an infraction like: what' s this, infraction for Selling site earning... Reason: Plagiarism / Copyright I I got Selling site earning... Reason: Plagiarism / Copyright Infringement because i was selling a site i bought i do not want anymore, bit strange not? Since when is it illegal to sell your site? Is bull.
So, there must be something else that's triggering the deletion of the thread Goto your profile ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=386630 ) Click "Infractions" Tell us what you see.
Private Reason: Plagiarism / Copyright Infringement Aug 26th 2010 3:04 am Feb 22nd 2011 2:04 am 2 what' t not true Another one Private Reason: Plagiarism / Copyright Infringement Aug 26th 2010 3:02 am Feb 22nd 2011 2:02 am 2 this one was for selling a site i don' t wany anymore someone else sold me. Apparantly it isn' t allowed to sell a site that is yours... And Private Reason: Duplicate Thread Aug 26th 2010 3:06 am Nov 24th 2010 2:06 am 1 Because i placed the topic again...
Bullshit. Lets scrutinize you thread, (retrieved from a google cache) 1) "In this English eBook I reveal secrets that are sold on Digital Point for more than 500 dollar each!" - First admission of selling someone elses product. 2) "In this book I’ ll reveal the method behind this: {Gives URL of MY THREAD HERE}" - Second admission + giving a link to original owners thread. Blatant admission to selling something you don't have rights to. 3) "When you read the reviews, you can see that this method really works. When you do not believe it, follow the URL and read the reviews from other users." - Third admission. Directing your potential buyers to MY THREAD for reviews for YOUR "unique" ebook? Retard. On top of all that one of your buyers contacted me and told me that your entire "unique" ebook is a copy paste of mine. I'm surprised that you didn't get banned by now. As it is I see you whining about infractions (rather than inquiring) multiple times Helvetii -1 rakker126 - 0
Hello seller, when you really look at me book you see it is not a copy paste at all. The book is written different, and what's in it isn't even the same. When you look at it this way it would not even be allowed to sell a search engine since Google already made one... 1-1
Please no lying, I helped you so much (more than 25 email exchanges) and you didn't even have the courtesy to atleast ask for permission before selling my stuff and using my thread to promote it and using my customer reviews to give it credibility. Quit it, or you'd eventually get banned. Helvetii (pen.) 1(3)-1(0) rakker126
Not unless of course someone took their secret algorithm formula and tweaked it with their own versions. A new one yes but it was still based on Google - so ultimately no. NOT unless Google's Algo is an open source. Is that so? Wrong! The score is still 1-0 and Helvetii still gains the upper hand. If you say 1-1 means that you acknowledge Helvetii's scrutiny over your product - meaning that you do admit that it is someone's elses product and not yours. Read his post again.
Read the rules first or else you will keep on getting infraction points. As already mentioned in forum guidelines read the rules thrice a day and if possible memorize them.
