I was thinking about making a site similar to iphone4case.com and wanted to know how to do this. I have already signed up with the applicable affiliate programs and just need some guidance on designing the website. I have never created a website from scratch. What software application would be best to create this? Thanks.
For the graphics (though it doesn't look like you really need to design any yourself), you should just use Photoshop, or Gimp. All the WYSIWYG editors are generally crap, so on the design part, your best off learning HTML and CSS yourself or just paying someone to do it. Although I don't really have much experience with CMS's myself, I bet there would be something that could do something similar to what you want with minimal effort.
