My job is satisfying my wife and although I'm very, very good at it, it takes up too much time. I'm thinking of hiring some help.

Hi there - I have an application I need coded for a website.

I need someone who knows statistics and is creative to code an application that will be an add-on to my website. The application will evaluate a users choices based off a list and tell them how far they deviate from the mean - almost like a survey.

I need someone who can design a solid back-end so that the survey/choice list can be changed frequently - and the reults downloaded to a spreadsheet in Excel.

Please be in touch if this is something you are capable of and would enjoy doing. I want to work with an individual and not a firm.

    Thank you

Freelance Writer -- and I wouldn't revert back to a full-time, outside job ever again unless absolutely forced too. I love what I do, and enjoy the freedom I gain from working at home.

I have spent the last two years in a miserable call center job. Ownership changed at the top levels and the client started setting the most unrealistic expectations of the reps and it became very stressful. Eventually I hated every second of it, even though everyone told me I was doing a good job. Same with my Girlfriend's job at Value Village: new top dogs --> new unrealistic expectations. We BOTH decided to quit our jobs at the same time. We stashed away our tax returns, saved extra money, and after 3 months we had enough to quit our jobs and have enough to pay rent and bills (plus extra pocket cash) for 4 months. We used our newly found free time to persue self employment. We have done some odd jobs here and there, and most of the summer we sold on ebay (thanks to a regular customer that my gf knew from value village who ebays for a living). Now ebay has been slow lately, so I am putting effort into other areas like myspaces and bulletins, a few hopeful websites, etc. But it feels great to make money on your own terms and make your own schedule. It feels much more rewarding. I agree with you DeniseJ, I wouldn't revert back to a full-time, outside job ever again unless absolutely forced too.
