Large networks will only accept good affiliates who have proven themselves as successful marketers. If you are not part of that group, try some of the new networks.
Exactily networks don't want noobs that just flood customer support on how to make moniez online, and then never earn anything anyway. Total waste of human resources.
As posted above, most of these networks wants to work with affiliates with some experience. You should start with networks like Clickbank, Paydotcom, Markethealth etc, gain some experience and then apply, if you still cannot get into these networks, then may be you need to find 9-5 job.
Why cant you get approved yourself? You're asking someone to provide you false info to join? As far as I know its very much forbidden by most networks.
Why would someone want to partner with you? What are you bringing to the deal? You state you want someone who can get approved, who is also experienced. What are you providing such person? It's not a partnership without you contributing something, it's a parasitic relationship.
If you have the traffic, and the affiliate networks can see this (they do check your traffic stats to see if you really are getting the type of traffic that is worth their while), they will be the ones begging you to join them
