Is it possible for a canadian or an american to register a .ru even if it don't have a business incorporation documentation ? I have a client who is canadian and want to make a site about russia and doesn't have a corp doc. He's not a russian... but he have both a canadian and united-states passport.
For the individual registrations, a copy of ID (passport/driver's license) is required. For businesses located in Russian Federation, business Taxpayer Identification Number(ИÐÐ) and Reason code of registration(КПП) are required.
