Help me - How can i change my country in my Ad sense if Google Support dont reply ??

Hi guys,

I have a problem.
I am originally from Portugal and have my Ad sense account with the Info from Portugal, but now i am living in Norway but there is no way of change the country in the profile settings and they say to contact Support.
What i have did over and over again, but they pure and simply dont reply back
Anyone knows like any phone number of their support? or should i go ahead and open other account? The one i have now is stopped for a while anyway

What I can say, Google is best search engine with worst support ever.

Editing your profile should be done the thing but I think Google will send you a snail mail notification to ensure you are in new location now or else it's not easy to receive your payment with address issue.
