Hmm interesting , I was one of those people that didnt pay , In his advert here : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1900764 he clearly says he's offering a "unique" article writing service, So seeing that i assumed he was going to write a unique article and then spin it 10 times which i was fine with , however all he did was copied the content from my site and span that 30 times instead. Not only that but the quality of the spin was terrible and could easily be deemed as duplicate content , so now i have aload of articles flying around article sites which nearly match my article which he was actually promoting. So yeah , i didnt pay and there is no way i would pay for such a poor service. If one of you would put up with that then more fool you. I wasnt going to leave him back feedback despite him leaving me bad feedback but after seeing this thread of his claimed innocents i think i might just leave some .
Oh! Ok, so have you given him any -ve Feedback? Or did he do that? If there is nothing to say more, then we should report this thread, so that it can be closed. Otherwise, OP can say something to clarify.
