I saw a lot webmaster also starting to use Drupal? Mind let me know where is the resources for Drupal? I was thinking to setup one site for this as well. Thanks
Yes, you can use Drupal as a blog also, but WP is better than Drupal for a blogging platform. Here are the drupal resources: Drupal Modules: http://drupal.org/project/Modules Code (markup): Drupal Themes: http://drupal.org/project/Themes Code (markup):
Blog is available on a fresh drupal install. But yes wordpress is maybe a best choice if you want mainly blog, because wordpress is made for blogging.
you can use Drupal in blog also.but i guess word press is better than Drupal for blog .It is Used to add and display our information and give comments for the information.
Wordpress is easier to use, certainly not better. Wordpress places a much higher and more complex load on the server, and has less overall functionality.
I find Drupal an excellent CMS for organizations looking for a community building CMS. I found some very high profile organizations using Drupal, plus I liked the flexibility of categorizing your pages whereever and being able to fine tune the permissions for each role (i.e.: Administrator, Editor, Contributor, Authenticated user, and Anonymous).
Yes, Drupal can work as Blog too. Just enable the blog module. Though you can make Drupal as blog without enabling the blog module
what is the advantage of the blog module if we make only one blog on a drupal install? IS there any interest at all over using pages?
I haven't spent much time with Drupal blogs, but my initial guess would be nothing other than all blog items being attributed to the same user. I think Pages also get full node goodness and blog items don't?
