Do I need .com domain?

I am planning to create an adsense account. Recently I am bloggin in blogspot.com but I don't have my own .com domain. I have subdomain like xyz.blogspot.com
Can I regsiter in adsense with that xyz.blogspot.com?
Need some help mates

 

to register in adsense you must have your own domain and the domain it self at least 6 months years old..

 

Listen, I am going to save you some time. You must buy some hosting and a .info. Once your earnings start adding up YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BLOGGER. Google owns blogger and Adsense and if they see you approaching your payout, they will close your account. You must work on a blogging platform not with Google. Also, please note that blogger doesn't rank near as well as a Wordpress blog with a $1 .info domain and a bunch of free SEO work.

 

You can still register for adsense using blogspot domain. But you need to have a good and useful content.

 

Is that true? now i'm making 4$ a day with a blogspot (revenue still climbing up), google will banned me? but i have seen high ranking blogspot sites doing well with a custom domain, can you explain your experience pls?

 

If you want to make a permanent living with Google Adsense, then why not spend some dollars on hosting and domain.

Google never close the Adsense account for the reason of using it on blogs!! There are hundreds or thousands who got approval from blogs back in year 2008, and is still earning!!

nope money is not a problem. i'm not familiar with the wordpress, still learning my self. now i'm thinking about migrating to wordpress.

 

Wordpress is nothing much to study!! It is easy as it it!!
You can anytime migrate to wordpress from blogger!! It is better to do it in the infancy of your blog, or else, it will be a risk!

Sorry man.
I'm having only blogspot blogs and run quite well. My adsense ads paying pretty well. So, there is no restriction that you have to have your own domain.

 

can't you set up a site on blogspot without owning a domain?

Surely google would not be arbitrarily banning sites unless they break TOS.
I do agree that you want your own domain so that you can move blogging platforms when ever you like however.
It also allows you to build your own brand.

 

It is a good idea to take a .com domain for adsense

 

taking .com domain for your website is always better than subdomain !
but is not defintely thing you have to do, you can earn money with your blogger sub domain but less !

No you don't need a .com domain to register a new Google Adsense account. My adsese was approved with a blogspot.

1. No. They Wont!! There policy tell us that we need a Top Level Domain name which is atleast 6 months Old!(But even After, i have heard of people getting accounts approved on Blogspots!)

2. If You get an account, You can add it where ever you want! Freedom Is Yours!
