Rules Infraction for what? I did nothing wrong?

I clearly and throughly read the rules of the BST section here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=757045

and decided, from what I see, it looks okay to sell list's of blogs/forums. I've seen many do it, and/or give them away as freebies. Today I had three of my forum threads on these sale threads closed, and was given an infraction for each. What's the deal here?

Infractions - Please Read

It takes 10 points for a ban. Might try checking with a mod for a pointer instead of going the thread route. Tends to avoid that extra infraction that comes from starting a thread to complain about them. Anyway, the good news is nobody is going to die from an infraction, or even three. Most of us had had some. Just find out the source and move on.
