I don't think so either I have seen 25,000 impressions for $10 one being... theraybourneffect.com
I have never used them but have read in different places where people have recommended them.

Lynn did you simply make a mistake in your post? 50 is a lot more then 10 :D

Anyways, that doesn't sound like a great deal but it's right in line with what I've been getting with entertainment geared sites that have 2 ads and a link unit per page.

    Questions to ask yourself.

Who are the visitors that will be seeing your ad? Are they people interested in your products/services? People who would probably buy from you?

So, Unless it's a very highly qualified traffic, I wouldn't bother about it

4$ CPM. If it is targeted to your business, isn't too expensive. I've seen 30$+ CPM for a banner.

It all depends on the site's demographic, how well targetted the audience is, how the site gets its traffic, how many other banners are on the page, and the positioning. If you can get the webmaster to give you a breakdown of their visitor's demographic profile, you'll get a better idea of how good a deal this will be for you.

normal rates for some high trafic verticals like finance and travel vary from £1 to £4 CPM...
20/50=£8 CPM is exactly the double even for a high trafic/quality verticals.
