Your forum looks really nice with the purple theme and lines. The only thing i would recommend you fix is your header. Make the header flow with the site, its doesnt look like its part of the site, instead it looks like an advertisement banner. Here is an example i made in 5 minutes.
You can add a few more sub-forums: e.g. Exercise and Workouts; Psychology of Weight Loss etc. I also think the banner doesn't go well with the site. Maybe you should try and make the background of the forum white.
agree with sachin, definitely need an exercise subforum, probably the best way to lose weight. on a side note. My brother went from 300lbs to 170lbs through exercising, maybe he should write a ebook with his training secrets.
color scheme seems nice to me - suitable for girls . I agree that you need more subforums. Good luck!
The text from the logo needs some more work. The rest is good. The purple catches your eyes. I don't think spending to much time looking at your forum will make your sight better but it's nice for now. Now we'll wait to see if the information in your forum will be useful. Please excuse me if I was to objective but you need some of this.
Can I use your logo? or do you want to sell it to me? I am a webmaster but I am a bad designer!! LOL I always have trouble with banners, logos etc. Let me know Jezza
