Hello, I am using differnet database in my website and I deal with differnet customers. many of them should pay me every 6 weeks and they should renew their account. I want to keep track of my members and customers, send them emails. Send them about their payment status, give them information about their invoice , discounts and other things. The number of them are more than 1000. So I do not want to mess around with Web Based applications. I have some people to import customers from database to a software and the software should do the rest of the things. So what do you recommend? What is the best one in the market?
Most people confuse CRM Software with organizations trying to keep an eye on their employees by monitoring their behavior. While this is true in some situations, it's really the salesperson's best interest to use some sort of CRM Software to make their jobs easier. There is a big misconception about what makes a good salesperson. You have heard the term 'born salesman' and while that's true that some people are born salesman, most salespeople are successful because they follow systems and because their systems produce leads like clockwork. The only reason they are able to follow these systems is because they use software or some system to be able to follow up with prospects. Josefina Arguello - Marketing Electrónico
Try using http://coaction.com it is a good software that's currently supporting some top names in the market. The best part of the software is its enhanced look and feel. Though you might find it a difficult to get accustomed to in the beginning, but if ones you get used to the new interface you wouldn't use any one else.
Try http://crm.dynamics.com easy and reliable but you will have to invest a couple of $$$. Hope it helps. Cheers!
Good CRM software is not cheap. When I think CRM, I think SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.... All of which are designed for medium sized companies on up. I am not sure what to tell you, it seems to me you could just import the list and manipulate it in a spreadsheet.
It really depends on how much you want to spend. If your data is very critical and you want good security as well then you'll have to shell out a good amount. Some of the very popular CRMs available are: Siebel CRM, SAP, Zoho CRM, etc.
I have been looking for the best CRM software to purchase and so far the best one I cam across is Wintac Pro http://www.intacinternational.com/ It was designed for a Service company but has all the features of a regular business. Another one is Sage CRM http://www.sagecrmsolutions.com/ This one is better but also costs more…
so many CRM Software are available in the market.I thing that first you have to list out your requirements and then choose right CRM software.I have used Sales+ CRM Software.I suggest to you use it at list try it.They provide 30 day Trial version. More info visit :http://www.salesplus.in
I suggest a cost-effective OnCloud CRM which is quick to implement and has quick ROI (return on investment). Explore CRMnext.. CRMnext
I agree with this"It really depends on how much you want to spend. If your data is very critical and you want good security as well then you'll have to shell out a good amount. Some of the very popular CRMs available are: Siebel CRM, SAP, Zoho CRM, etc."
One of the ways of deciding which CRM to use is to find out which ones your competitors use, and take it from there
