    The traffic is good to increase alexa rank

    Add your site here in your signature and post a lot of replies in big threads here or the threads you think will recieve a lot of visitors, try to post on the first page on that thread before it gets popular and there is no spcae left to post on the first page.
    This will create a backlink on this great forum and will also give a contant flow of traffic from 20 - 50 visitors per day.

    People from India will rarely come to your site but no chinese. The traffic will come from referral sites with PR2 to PR5
