Hi, Please continue reading only if you are experienced in niche research. I want someone to research and find niches with the following criteria 1. You should find a niche which is high in demand. 2. Don't tell me health, be more specific, eg : dandruff, Hemorrhoid, etc., 3. how many searches per month in google 4. Will people be ready to buy products online for that particular niche. 5. it should be a relatively unexploited niche. I know what i am asking requires extensive research, so I am willing to pay for quality. Do not ask for budgets, tell me what you can do and most important how will you do it. I want report at daily till you reach the best micro niche.
What you described would be niche site utopia but I don't think you will be able to find many (if any) keywords with that. Personally I always look for a niche with at least 10k searches, verify it with a source other than Google (can't tell you how many times I invested in a site just to find out that the results I got from Google's keyword tool weren't correct). Regarding the exploitation of the niche, I think that in any niche with a decent number of searches you will face at least some competition.
