Feature Domain Ownership Verification

Previously you could only verify ownership of a domain (for domain/site sales in the marketplace) if you could add a TXT record to the DNS for it.

While I still think this is a better way to do it, there is a second option now to upload a confirmation file to your site.

It's not as good of a way, but it's easier for those that don't know much about DNS.

Shawn, I think this is fundamentally flawed really, because having access to a website doesn't mean you own it, and most certainly doesn't mean you own the domain ^_^ Anybody could now claim domain ownership over someone elses domain, whether it's legitimate server access or bruted access, it could (and probably will) still happen..

I wrote a guide on my blog on how to Verify Domain Ownership on DigitalPoint - anyone able to push a domain should be able to follow it to add the TXT record correctly..
